MPP Turbo w/ArmorGrit™
The MPP Turbo w/ ArmorGrit™ is a hollow, responsive foam core paddle built for a softer feel, deeper sound, smooth energy return, and more durable surface performance.
It uses the same full floating MPP foam core, EVA perimeter ring, internal weighting, and CFC face layup as the original MPP Turbo.
The difference is ArmorGrit™.
ArmorGrit™ is a surface system that starts with a peel-ply-textured carbon surface, then adds a proprietary durability coating over it. The coating has its own abrasive characteristics while helping reinforce and protect the underlying texture, creating multiple mechanisms for maintaining ball interaction over time.
Full Floating Foam Core
The MPP Turbo features a full floating foam core system with an MPP foam center and EVA foam ring around the perimeter. The softer MPP foam creates a hollow, elastic response with smooth energy return and a lively feel off the face.
ArmorGrit™ Surface System
ArmorGrit™ combines a textured carbon surface created through the peel-ply process with a proprietary durability coating applied over the top. The coating adds its own abrasive characteristics while helping reinforce and protect the underlying texture for longer-lasting surface performance.
Internal Perimeter Weighting
Integrated internal weighting along the sides of the paddle increases twist resistance, stability, and forgiveness across the face for more consistent shot quality.
CFC Face Layup
A carbon fiber, fiberglass, carbon fiber layup improves responsiveness and energy transfer while maintaining a connected, controlled feel.
Spin Optimized Surface
The combination of textured T700 carbon fiber and the ArmorGrit™ coating is designed to increase ball bite and maintain spin performance for longer than a traditional exposed peel-ply surface.

Standard T700 vs. ArmorGrit™
ArmorGrit™ is a complete surface system. It starts with a peel-ply-textured T700 carbon surface and adds a proprietary durability coating over the top.
The underlying carbon texture creates bite on the ball, while the ArmorGrit™ coating has abrasive characteristics of its own.
The coating helps reinforce and protect the underlying peel-ply texture rather than leaving it completely exposed to wear.
Traditional raw carbon surfaces rely heavily on exposed peel-ply texture. As that texture wears, spin decreases. ArmorGrit™ is designed to maintain surface performance for longer.
The exact formulation is proprietary. The technology originated from an aerospace application and was adapted into the ArmorGrit™ surface system.
The foam core, construction, shapes, weighting, and play characteristics remain the same. ArmorGrit™ changes the surface, not the paddle underneath it.

Features & Benefits
Internal perimeter weighting and the floating foam core work together to expand the sweet spot across the face. Off-center hits stay more stable and more controlled.
The MPP Turbo is built for a softer, more hollow response with a deeper sound and smooth energy return. If you like paddles that feel lively without getting harsh, this is the point.
ArmorGrit™ starts with a peel-ply-textured carbon surface and adds a proprietary durability coating over it. The goal is longer-lasting ball interaction and more durable spin performance over time.
A carbon fiber, fiberglass, carbon fiber face layup helps balance responsiveness, feel, and controlled power. The result is a connected, predictable response across different shot types.
Internal weighting and the EVA perimeter ring improve twist resistance and stability, helping the paddle stay solid through contact and more forgiving on mishits.
