Enhance Pickleball Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Enhance Pickleball. Please review the policy below before submitting a return or warranty claim.

14-Day Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated below, eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused or only lightly tested.

  • The product must not show excessive wear, damage, abuse, or modification.

  • Original packaging should be included when reasonably possible.

  • Proof of purchase from Enhance Pickleball is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Products that do not meet the requirements above may be denied a refund or may be subject to a deduction based on their condition.

Paddle Returns

All Enhance Pickleball paddles are covered by the same return policy.

This includes all current and previous paddle models sold by Enhance Pickleball.

14-Day Paddle Trial

Paddles may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they have only been lightly tested.

Paddles must not have:

  • Significant scratches or chips

  • Court rash or ground damage

  • Cracks or structural damage caused by misuse

  • Excessive wear

  • Unauthorized modifications

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the paddle arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, no restocking fee or return shipping charge will apply.

1-Year Limited Paddle Warranty

Every Enhance Pickleball paddle is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and structural failures that occur during normal intended use.

Covered

Examples of potentially covered defects include:

  • Core crushing or internal core failure

  • Internal delamination

  • Face separation

  • Manufacturing-related structural failure

  • Other defects in materials or workmanship

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear

  • Normal surface or grit wear from play

  • Scratches, scuffs, edge wear, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by striking the ground, net post, fence, wall, or another object

  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or improper storage

  • Damage caused by excessive heat or prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures

  • Intentional damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Paddles that have been cut, drilled, sanded, or structurally modified

  • Loss or theft

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

Enhance Pickleball may request photos, videos, additional information, or return of the paddle for inspection before approving a claim.

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Enhance Pickleball may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product with the same or comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy.

Replacement products do not restart the original 1-year warranty period. Warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

For shipping damage, missing products, or incorrect products, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue quickly.

Email info@enhancepickleball.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

If the claim is approved, Enhance Pickleball will cover the cost of the appropriate replacement or resolution.

The 48-hour notification recommendation does not shorten any applicable product warranty or rights provided by law.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Dink Master 3.0

Because of the size, shipping requirements, and nature of the Dink Master 3.0, standard change-of-mind returns are not accepted except where required by applicable law.

If your Dink Master arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, contact us at info@enhancepickleball.com.

Please include your order number along with photos or videos of the issue.

We strongly recommend inspecting the package upon arrival and recording the unboxing if the shipping carton appears damaged.

Approved defective or damaged product claims will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer.

Bullseye Trainer Paddle

The Bullseye Trainer Paddle may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused or lightly tested and in acceptable condition.

  • $15 restocking fee

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • No fee applies if the product arrived defective or incorrect

Mini Court

The Mini Court may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and returned with its original components and packaging.

  • $20 restocking fee

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • No fee applies if the product arrived defective or incorrect

Ninja Balls

Used Ninja Balls are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Unused Ninja Balls may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain in their original condition.

If a Ninja Ball arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos showing the issue.

Customer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale products clearly identified as final sale before purchase

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products damaged through misuse or abuse

  • Products materially altered after purchase

Promotional discounts alone do not make a product final sale unless the product was specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the return or warranty claim

  • Description of the product's current condition

  • Photos or videos when relevant

Do not ship a return until you have received return instructions from our team.

Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Enhance Pickleball or as otherwise required by law.

Pre-Order Policy

Payment for pre-orders is collected in full at the time the order is placed.

Estimated shipping dates shown on product pages are provided in good faith but are estimates and may change due to:

  • Manufacturing timelines

  • Production delays

  • Supply chain conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Freight or carrier delays

  • Other circumstances outside of our reasonable control

You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order enters the fulfillment or shipping process.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy applicable to that product will apply.

Orders containing multiple products may be partially fulfilled and shipped separately as inventory becomes available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed.

European Union Orders

Customers purchasing online in the European Union may have additional cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

For qualifying distance purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Where permitted by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if this was disclosed before purchase.

Certain products, including clearly personalized or custom-made products, may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Additional Terms

This return and warranty policy applies only to products purchased directly from Enhance Pickleball unless otherwise stated.

Products purchased through an authorized retailer may be subject to the retailer's return policy. Eligible Enhance Pickleball warranty claims may still be handled directly by Enhance Pickleball when valid proof of purchase is provided.

Enhance Pickleball reserves the right to deny fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid return or warranty claims.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
