Through countless variations and testing, we created ourPatent Pending DuoFoam Ridge Core— the first of its kind in pickleball. The ridge architecture adds trampoline effect, power, and stability to the core, while the integrated EVA layer deepens the sound on contact and elevates feel. Paired with a raw T700 carbon-fiber face, the DUO delivers a larger sweet spot, and a crisp, connected response that sets a new standard for foam paddles.

DuoFoam Ridge CoreOur patentedDuoFoam Ridge Corefeatures internal openings along the sides of the paddle, creating a slightly more hollow, powerful feel while staying within USAP limits. It’s what gives the DUO its signature sound, feedback, and responsiveness.

Dual-Foam CoreThe combination ofEPP and EVA foamincreases trampoline effect, deepens the sound on contact, and boosts power. EPP drives structure and stability, while EVA adds softness and dwell for enhanced feel and control.

Proprietary Honeycomb HandleThe handle features a precision-molded polypropylene honeycomb core fused to the face with carbon-fiber reinforcement.

Spin-Optimized SurfaceThree layers of T700 raw carbon fiber grip the ball longer, giving you elite spin potential without sacrificing control.

Inside The DUO

First-of-its-Kind Foam Core

Ridge-Core Design

The DUO features a patent-pending EPP foam core with a ridge along its side — a structural innovation that delivers the power and sweet spot of a Gen 3 paddle, while keeping the durability, dwell, and consistency that define modern foam technology.

Power Paddle

The DUO sits firmly in the power paddle category. Its dual-foam construction delivers explosive pop and speed off the face, while maintaining a solid, connected feel through contact.

Top-Tier Performance — Under $200

At under $200, the DUO doesn’t compete with top tier paddles —it outperforms them. With advanced foam technology and a construction that lasts longer than Gen 3 honeycomb cores, the DUO delivers premium performance without the premium price tag.

Duo Explained

The name says it all. The DUO combines two foams — EPP at the center for structure and power, and EVA around the edges for softness and dwell. Together, they create a seamless balance of control and explosiveness that no single-foam paddle can match.

Responsive Feel

Some foam paddles can feel muted. The DUO was tuned to stay crisp, poppy, and responsive — so every shot feels connected, clean, and confident.

Maximum Spin

Foam naturally increases dwell time, allowing the paddle to hold the ball longer for more spin. Paired with a raw T700 carbon-fiber face, the DUO generates elite-level RPMs for shaping drives, rolls, and dinks with precision.

Feel The Difference.
The DUO isn't just a new foam concept — it's the evolution of how a paddle should feel. The combination of EVA and EPP creates a deeper, more powerful thud sound at contact that you will instantly notice. That deeper resonance translates to more power, a larger sweet spot, and a more satisfying, controlled response across the face.

Features & Benefits

Bigger Sweetspot
Bigger Sweetspot

The DUO's elevated twist weight and deeper sound work together to expand the sweet spot across the face. Off-center hits feel solid and stable, giving you a consistent response no matter where you make contact.

More Power, More Pop
More Power, More Pop

The DUOFoam Ridge core creates a natural trampoline effect that loads energy and releases it explosively. The result is effortless power and pop through every swing — all while staying fully within USAP limits.

Consistent Performance
Consistent Performance

EPP foam construction resists breakdown and core crushing far better than traditional honeycomb builds. Your paddle maintains its pop, feel, and consistency long after others start to fade.

Elite Spin Potential
Elite Spin Potential

Foam increases dwell time, allowing the paddle to cup the ball longer for added spin. Paired with our raw T700 carbon-fiber surface, the DUO produces serious RPMs for shaping drives, rolls, and dinks with precision.

Responsive Feel
Responsive Feel

Some foam paddles can feel muted — not this one. The DUO blends the crisp feedback of a Gen 3 with the plush dwell of foam, giving you a satisfying sound and connected feel on every shot.

Engineered From Scratch — Not Just Another Mold

Most foam paddles today come from shared molds and off-the-shelf cores. The DUO doesn't. Every element — from our patent pending EPP ridge core to the EVA integration, thermoformed shell, and reinforced handle — was designed and tuned from the ground up. We didn't modify an existing design; we built our own to create a new standard for how a foam paddle should feel and perform.
Custom Tooling

Every part of this paddle was built with proprietary molds — not pulled off a shelf.

Lab-Tested Durability

Stress tested to hold shape longer than standard honeycomb cores.

Expert Feedback Loop

Refined with input from top players and real court testing.

Yes — the DUO is USAP approved and fully tournament legal.

Your paddle is backed by a 365-day warranty on the internal foam core. If the core ever crushes, loses its structure, or if you experience face delamination, separation, or disbonding from normal play — we’ll replace it.

Expanded polypropylene (EPP) is a lightweight, durable foam known for its energy rebound and vibration-dampening properties. We use it for the entire core — not just an insert — so it feels better and lasts longer than traditional honeycomb cores.

EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) is a high-performance foam known for its elasticity and shock absorption — it’s the same material used in premium running shoes and protective sports gear. In the DUO, EVA surrounds the EPP core to create a softer perimeter, expanding the sweet spot, improving feel, and adding controlled power on every shot.
