General Returns (All Products Unless Noted)

14 day return window from delivery date

Eligible if:

  • Unused or lightly tested

  • No visible wear or damage

  • Original packaging + proof of purchase

Customer covers:

  • Return shipping

Refunds:

  • Issued after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non refundable

Not eligible:

  • Used or visibly worn items

  • Gift cards and promotional items

Some products have restocking fees (see below)


Paddle Returns (All Paddle Models)

Includes: SweetSpot Pro, SweetSpot Team, The Banger, Gen 4.5, DUO, Turbo

14 day try period

Requirements:

  • Unused or lightly tested only

  • No scratches, chips, or court rash

Fees:

  • $15 restocking fee

  • Customer pays return shipping

Defective paddles:

  • Free replacement shipped


365 Day Core Warranty

Applies to: Gen 4.5, DUO, Turbo

Covers internal core issues caused by normal play for 365 days from purchase.

Covered

  • Core crushing or internal collapse

  • Face delamination or separation

Not Covered

  • Damage from hitting ground, net post, or other objects

  • Snapped paddles

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage

All claims reviewed at our discretion.

To file a claim:

We may request the paddle be returned for inspection.


Product Specific Policies

Dink Master 3.0

  • No returns for change of mind

  • Only eligible if defective or damaged

  • We recommend recording your unboxing

  • Free replacement if approved

  • Customer covers return shipping if special case return is accepted


Bullseye Trainer Paddle

  • 14 day return if unused or lightly tested

  • $15 restocking fee

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Free replacement if defective


Mini Court

  • 14 day return if unused and in original packaging

  • $20 restocking fee

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Free replacement if defective


Ninja Ball

  • Only returnable if broken on arrival (photo proof required)

  • Not returnable once used

  • $8 restocking fee if approved

  • Customer pays return shipping


Replacement Policy (All Products)

If your item arrives defective or incorrect:

Contact within 48 hours of delivery

Email info@enhancepickleball.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos or videos

If approved:

  • Replacement shipped free of charge


European Union Orders (14 Day Cooling Off Period)

For orders shipped to the EU under Directive 2011/83/EU:

You may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Unused

  • Original packaging

  • Proof of purchase

  • Customer pays return shipping

Refunds processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Not eligible:

  • Dink Master & Dink Master Pro

  • Used paddles with wear or damage

  • Custom or personalized items


How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or claim

  • Current condition

  • Photos/videos if damaged

Refunds (if approved) processed within 10 business days after return inspection.


Pre Order Policy

By placing a pre order, you acknowledge that payment is collected in full at the time of purchase and that the product will ship at a future date specified on the product page. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and are subject to change due to manufacturing timelines, supply chain conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. You may cancel your pre order for a full refund at any time prior to fulfillment. Once your pre order has shipped, standard return and refund policies apply. In some cases, orders may be partially fulfilled and shipped in multiple shipments as inventory becomes available. Enhance Pickleball is not responsible for delays outside of our direct control and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
