Our Story

We first met as competitive junior tennis players in high school, playing each other at the National Championships in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A few years later, we became D1 teammates at UCLA, then roommates, and eventually, business partners.

The idea for Enhance was born during late-night brainstorming sessions in our college apartment. After graduation, Connor got hooked on pickleball and pulled Drew right into it with him. Soon after, we were filming videos, designing training tools, and building a brand focused entirely on helping players improve.

As lifelong high-level athletes, we obsess over every single detail — from paddle construction to creating smarter ways to train. That exact mindset drives everything we make. Today, Enhance is one of the fastest-growing brands in pickleball, but at the core, we're still just two friends chasing a shared mission: to help you play better, have more fun, and keep improving.
